Japan Network Systems (JNS) is specialized in providing accounting service for Network Marketing enterprises. With 28 years of experience as a pioneer in developing of the accounting software for the Japanese Multi-level Marketing companies, JNS has been providing and continuously producing various software programs. Today, we provide the service for about 500 enterprises throughout Japan.
Recognized AccountabilityIn September 2004, JNS acquired the license [ISO9001] from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), being the first one as a MLM specialized computing system corporation in Japan. This enabled us to provide more accountability and satisfaction to the clients. Moreover, in 2006, we became accredited as the company with [Privacy Mark] from the Japan Information Processing Development Corporation (JIPDEC). [Privacy Mark] is given only to the enterprises, which have strict policy on protection of personal information. EquipmentJNS is equipped with 2 IBM (AS/400) host computers with high information processing speed. The two host computers enable us to continue providing the service even in case of accidental breakdown of one of them. From 2006, we additionally introduced the highly trusted IBM blade server to meet the need of increasing customers. Services that we are proud ofExamples of new services by JNS for the client are: providing motion pictures with NTT DATA AURA, settlement of accounts at the convenient stores, and settlement of accounts with the credit card. Concerning the settlement of accounts with the credit card, JNS’s original program [e-MACS] made it possible to make a purchase with the credit card through computer or cellular phone with guaranteed security level. It increased the convenience for the clients’ customers in purchasing their product, while bringing growth in sales to the clients. Also, we are currently developing a brand new service for our clients. When clients receive orders by phone or by mail, our new program will automatically send an order confirmation mail and later a shipping notification mail. This new service will enhance our clients’ customer service, dramatically increase the efficiency and bring reduction in the communication expenses.
